Changed your mind? No worries! We want you to love your Cherry Muse pieces, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by emailing info@cherrymuse.gr before the 14-day period expires.
Once you have informed us of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to send the products back.
Return Conditions
Please handle and try on your items with care.
Returned products should be in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached whenever possible.
You may inspect and try on the products as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in their value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.
We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible, but this is not mandatory.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple!
Step 1: Contact us at info@cherrymuse.gr and let us know which items you wish to return. Please include your order number.
Step 2: Carefully package your items to protect them during shipping.
Step 3: Send your parcel using any courier service you prefer to the following address:

Step 4: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been completed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning an item due to a change of mind.
You are free to choose whichever courier service is most convenient for you.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us so we can arrange a solution at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color or style? We're happy to help!
Please contact us at info@cherrymuse.gr with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can check availability and reserve your preferred item.
For voluntary exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
The shipping cost for the replacement item is €5 throughout Greece, including Athens and Attica.
If the replacement item has a different price, any price difference will be communicated and settled before the exchange is completed.
Exchanges do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, we aim to process your refund within 4–6 business days.
Under applicable consumer law, refunds must be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.
In the case of a full order withdrawal, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded, where applicable. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method selected by the customer are not refundable.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
