www.cherrymuse.com is the online store through which the sole proprietorship of Maria Ioanna Kelali (Greek tax no. 115915992, General Commercial Registry no. 158540603000) presents and sells its products. Before you enter and browse the store, please read the terms and conditions below, which apply specifically to the use of our online store.
1. Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store unilaterally, according to its needs and to accepted trading practice. The Company undertakes to inform users of any amendment or other change through this website.
2. Information and products
The Company stands behind the quality, completeness and accuracy of the information on its website, both the specific details shown and the services provided through its online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that could not be foreseen or were made unintentionally, and to any interruption of the website caused by force majeure.
3. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable to customers or users for any damage arising from the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of their order.
It also makes no commitment on delivery times in cases of force majeure. The online store cannot guarantee that products will be available, but it guarantees to tell customers promptly when they are not.
The Company bears no liability for damage that may occur while products are in transit. Products travel on behalf of, and at the risk of, their buyer.
The online store provides its content (for example information, names, photographs and illustrations), products and services “as is”.

The Company recognises the importance of keeping your personal data and your online transactions secure, and takes all necessary measures, using up-to-date and advanced methods, to ensure the greatest possible security. All information about your personal details and your transactions is kept secure and confidential.
7. Personal data protection
When you visit www.cherrymuse.com, so that you can order products and so that we can contact you about our new products, you may be asked for details about yourself (name, email address and so on). Any personal data you give anywhere on the website and its services is used solely to make the relevant service work, and may not be used by any third party except as the law provides.
The online store operates under applicable Greek and EU law and keeps your personal data securely for as long as you are registered for one of its services; it is deleted when the business relationship ends. The personal data you give the online store is used only by the store, or by businesses working with it, to support, promote and carry out the business relationship.
The records kept may be disclosed to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities on their lawful request and in accordance with the laws in force at the time.
8. Buying products
The Company makes every effort to provide high-quality services, but it is not liable for any errors in product prices and descriptions and cannot guarantee that the website will never be interrupted or that “human” errors will not occur when a product's price is updated or entered. For safe and effective shopping, if you notice that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, please contact us before you order it.

10. Cancelling an order
Your order is registered for processing only once you have completed every step of the checkout and the confirmation message is shown.
If you want to cancel your order after placing it, contact us right away, by phone or through the contact form.
Orders that have already been collected by the courier or carrier for delivery to you cannot be cancelled.

12. Online store prices
Although we make every effort to show product details and prices accurately in our online store, we cannot rule out typographical or technical errors in product prices and descriptions.

14. Order delays
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- The product you ordered is not available. Among the many products in our online store, there may occasionally be one that is out of stock. In that case one of our team will contact you right away with all the alternatives.
- During extreme weather or strikes, and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
- If we cannot reach you by phone and/or email (should a problem arise with your order, whether with the product or its payment), for example because the details you entered are not up to date.
15. Warranties
Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. When a warranty claim is made, the Company will check that the manufacturer's terms have been met. No warranty is provided if the product is not accompanied by its receipt.
